pilaTes
In our Mat Pilates and Barre classes, we focus on lengthening and strengthening the entire body, improving posture, overall fitness, and retraining dysfunctional movement patterns to restore optimal physical function. Our classes are designed to challenge you at any stage of your journey. Body Barre, a fusion of Pilates and ballet-inspired movements, targets core strength and toning, bringing a full-body workout with a focus on balance and flexibility.

aeRial hammocK
Discover the magic of movement in our Aerial Yoga and Aerial Hammock classes. In Aerial Yoga, you’ll use a hammock to assist in deeper stretches and support challenging poses, helping to release tension and increase flexibility. Aerial Hammock focuses on building strength, flexibility, and confidence as you learn to move in the air, adding an exciting new acrobatic dimension to your practice.

ReformeR
Our Reformer Pilates classes use specialized equipment to support and enhance your practice, allowing for a deeper focus on alignment, strength, and flexibility. By utilizing the reformer machine, you’ll be guided through controlled movements that engage muscles in ways that promote balance, stability, and core strength. This class is perfect for those looking to refine their Pilates practice or challenge themselves with a more dynamic workout.
